Opening for the position of Customer Service Executive for a MNC

Designation: Customer Service Executive

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Experience: 2- 4 years

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Job Description

  • Answering Inbound / Incoming Calls and Chats
  • Manage client communications through email or phone.
  • Following up potential prospects through regular emails, outbound calls.
  • Coordinating with in-house core development/software team / department for on time delivery from time to time.
  • Build long term relationship with the client for future projects.

Other Requirements / Key Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • A Good Listener - having patience to listen to the problem/requirement to pitch the right solution to the prospect.
  • Very basic understanding of internet, like what are domain names, hosting, servers etc. rest training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of any CRM, Chat tools and technical interface is a plus point.
  • Ability to learn new tool as and when required.
  • Team player with ability to learn new things.

Anyone who has ever worked in any US/UK/India process inbound or outbound in any international BPO / KPO.

Or, If you are a Graduate and have excellent communication skill, verbal and written.
