Role :SW/ Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must Have Skills :JavaScript, PERL Scripting, PHP Programming Language, Shell Scripting
Good To Have Skills :
Job Requirements : Good Windows Linux OS knowledge, trouble shooting and debugging skillsWorking on implementing new functionality and improving quality Advise product leadership and teams on how to translate our current infrastructure and automation requirements into Technology SolutionsWorking with the team to communicate current development schedules, timelines and development status Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Experience on scripting languagesPerl/ Shell, JavaScript, PowerShell and knowledge on language Net, C/ PHP will be an added advantag
