The key responsibilities for this role are:
Define & Enable Operating & Engagement Model for the DevOps and Cloud Transformation engagements.
Work with the architects by participating in architectural and design workshops wherever required.
Experience in handling teams to deliver in a high-pressure Production support environment.
Understanding of KPIs, SLI s SLO s for production support and be able to define and streamline processes.
Good understanding of DevOps and SRE.
Drive automation adoption and develop SRE culture within the team.
Very good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Service Management and Risk Management.
Drive continuous improvement in practices and come out with innovative solutions to day to day challenges.
Implement ITSM best practices at project and Guide Technical team with ITSM (ITIL Service Management) concepts, Best practices, Process, and tools.
Interact with stakeholders on the application lifecycle of running projects and identify the process issues.
Ensure Overall Management across COE and allocation of resources to projects.
Come up with delivery Schedule in terms of mile-stone and specific tasks to be completed.
Create and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls at project.
Implement Agile methodologies and Manage/Contribute to Kanban/Scrum implementation
Create/Contribute to RFP, Proposals and SOWs.
Manage escalations and suggest remedial actions and execute it.
Work with and help account managers to manage client expectation and help bag new projects
Responsible for Quality of deliverables.
Ensures visibility of DevOps and Cloud Transformation projects to the upper management.
Create Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business report with required matrix for stakeholders.
