Job Description

Job Summary In the role of Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will work on building a highly-scalable and extensible SaaS enabled Voices Platform. This position requires background in C based software products. The successful candidate will be part of Voices platform team which works on cutting edge technologies on Google and Azure cloud platform. Job Requirement

• BS / MS, preferably in CS / ITfrom a reputed institution, with strong foundations in Computer Science
• Typically 4 - 8 yrs. of Software Product Development experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Solid CS Fundamentals. (Data Structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases)
• Decent experience in C and Micro services Architecture.
• Good to have VoIP domain knowledge with the experience in SIP on products like Session Border Controller, SIP Application Server, SIP Gateways or SIP endpoints
• Good to have networking (Layer-2 and Layer-3) knowledge
• Good to have experience in scripting languages like Python or Perl
• Good to have experience Building Large Scale Distributed ApplicationsOr Large-Scale Internet Systems (Cloud Computing)
• Should be solution oriented along execution mind-set.
• Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities is a must.
• Good to have experience in developing high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environment.
• Good attitude, Analytical skill
• Experience and knowledge of cloud enabled services and applications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering team, Product Management, and Customer support teams in Agile environment for the success of SaaS Enabled Voices Platform software product of [24]7.ai
• Must be willing to design, code and test the software modules
• Must be willing to perform hands-on role to solve complex problems.
• Responsible for production support activities for all products and components owned by the squad.
