Involved in requirement gathering process for different requests.
Acting as a Liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders of the Bank for Change requests and System enhancements in Retail/ Digital Banking applications
Preparing Functional Specification Documents for the additional functionalitiesi dentified to be incorporated into the new application
Analysing the impacted systems for the Change Requests and prepare a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) with the proposed system solutions
Conducting BRD Walkthroughs with relevant stakeholders of the Bank for required sign-offs
Involved in Master Parameter Configuration, Explaining the requirement to the development and testing team other stakeholders of the project.
Manage resource allocation for the project and involved in training the new entrants and junior resources.
Job Criteria:
Business Analyst with 5 to 10 Years of experience in Retail/asset/core Banking projects.
Experience in Requirement Elicitation / Requirement Gathering / SDLC concepts, and preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Functional Specification Document (FSD)
