Job description:-

• Gathering and understanding of clients network & security infrastructure pain points and mapping Sun fires solution features to address such pain points
• Analyzing business requirements to develop technical network & security solutions
• Designing and managing rollout of critical network & security infrastructures in customer environment including POC, testing and deployment (complete solution lifecycle)
• Providing technical expertise to Product Development team to develop new product strategies and enhancing existing product sets by building technology roadmaps
• Writing functional requirements/specifications documents
• Technical competence analysis of Sun fires solution portfolio viz. a viz. competition
• Supporting team in responding to technical queries, RFIs and RFQs

Desired Skills and Experience

• Preferably CCIE or Juniper Palo Alto, F-5 certified professional will also be considered or equivalent with 3-6 years of network & security design & integration experience
• Deep understanding of L2 & L3 protocol stack
• Extensive knowledge on Data Center Networks and security products.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center LAN and SAN components including Servers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Storage etc.
• Expertise on leading vendor switching and routing products - Cisco,HP, Juniper, F-5, Palo Alto, Riverbed, Info Blocks etc.
• Deep understanding of role of virtualization at every stage of a modern Data Center network
• Able to develop conceptual, logical, and physical network designs
• Able to design, build and operate network configuration prototypes
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of design of converged network supporting voice, data and video at Access, Aggregation, and Core network locations
• Thorough understanding of technologies.
• Knowledge on Software Defined Networking (SDN) would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess his own laptop.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Graduation or Equivalent
• Required certification for Networking & security Platform: minimum CCIE,CCNA or CCDA, preferred CCNP or CCDP.
