Role Designation- Technical Test Lead

Responsibilities- Test Data Management services is a complete end-to-end test data management solution that helps developers and QA teams to work with more reliable, masked test data for optimal test case coverage with adherence to compliance & regulatory norms and enterprise security guidelines , Data Discovery, Data Profiling, Data Subsetting, Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation , Data Provisioning, Data Reservation , And Gold Copy, Key Responsibilities, Overall responsibility of Test Data Management Consultant is to engage projects - including measuring of current state of TDM Service, Define target states, Develop strategy, Define SOPs, estimation, planning, execution oversight, metrics reporting and risk management, Main responsibility for providing thought leadership and expertise in recommending solution patterns for the team, its stakeholders and the deliverables, Responsible for selecting and integrating the appropriate tool set, processes and procedures to effectively drive delivery excellence, automation, reusability, and self-service features , Manage budgets and timeline

Technical and Professional Requirements- Key Qualifications , Ability to understand Complex Data structure and data modelling patterns , Hands on TDM Tool Expertise ( IBM Optim, CA TDM or Informatica TDM , Delphix etc. ) , Deep understanding of test data management concepts , o Data Sub setting, o Data Masking , o Data Profiling, o Data Mining etc. , Ability to write Complex queries in one or more databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc. ) , Ability to develop code in one of the Programing Languages ( Java , VB Script, Python or Perl ) , Others, Strong analytical skills, Proficient in understanding enterprise architecture , Proficient in developing Data Flow Documentation, Must be able to work with minimal supervision , Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant skills, Educational Qualifications - B. E. , B. Tech, M. E. , M. Tech, Location of posting is according to business requirements
