1. Minimum CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration certification
2. In-depth knowledge of CUCM, Unity, IM&Presence
3. In-depth knowledge and experience on Cisco Voice gateway and CUBEs
4. Experience in UCCX and basic knowledge of UCCE are desirable
5. Experience in Prepared Customer requirement documents and low-level design
6. Minimum 5- 6 years experience in implementing cisco collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity, IM& Presence)
7. Work with project managers and architects for delivering the solutions
8. Graduation in BSC/MSC/BE/BTECH in Electronics/Computer science
