Job Description

Assistant Manager, Wealth Management
We are looking for a Candidate with Operations pro who would be responsible for managing Superannuation (Wealth) operations including member onboarding, servicing and maintenance, payment outflow, reconciliation and Business support.
Responsibilities
Highly adaptive and collaborative in new client relationship management, can communicate effectively & independently in internal/external calls/meetings and drive outcomes
Experienced in handling end to end business processes i.e. due diligence, large business transitions assignments along with noiseless service delivery in BAU operations in a mature engagement
Should have worked in efficiency improvement initiatives, RPA projects or any other automation levers to drive business transformation objective aligned with client requirements
Forecasting and solutioning operational risk and challenges well within time
Experience in people management, building highly efficient team
Proficient in MS-Office suite- Word, PPT, Excel etc. to work on MISs, internal/external governance deck, review paper
Analytical skills- Expertise in data mining, drawing inferences, projections and number orientation
Can execute tasks efficiently and in time independently without much guidance
Reporting proficiency- should be capable of working independently on requires reports for internal & external stakeholders
Should be proficient with contractual obligation understanding
Flexibility to work in multi shift environment to assist leadership
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduation (B. Com preferable)
Relevant experience in wealth management
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage/Payments
Good conceptual knowledge and exposure to Banking Mortgage Operations
Highly Proficient in working on MS Office suite
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to settle and deliver in high pressure work environment
Ability to provide output within timelines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in transformation projects and new business transition
