Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Procure To Pay
In this role you will be tasked with the day to day management of the Coupa systems which is the key platform behind our Source to Pay process. Day to day management will include leading the P2P operations team, making sure team is meeting all critical service levels and reaching daily operational deliverables. Also includes troubleshooting business issues related with Coupa such as user profile issues, data integration issues, interface issues. The role will also be responsible for strategic work, partnering with business procurement operations team and functional leadership team to make transformative changes to the process and system. A key skill set will be the ability to take Procure to Pay process concepts and end states and bring them to life within the platform.
Responsibilities:
Understand and balance the client requirements and deliver with quality
Own the P2P team and meet critical service levels of the business amd person should be a people manger work with teams efficiently
Customer centric attitude and put business owners on priority and be an owner of Coupa platform that is core to business
Have the ability to come up ideas to shape the P2P and user experience by crafting efficiencies and scale with in the platform
Have input in strategic projects such as process transformation, control design, integration across platforms.
Success will be defined by ensuring smooth operations, meeting business metrics, leading teams and business partners efficiently.

Minimum Qualification
Any Graduate
Preferred Skill Set
This person will need to have both strong technical and systems skills while also having an analytical/process driven mind.
Strong in interpersonal skills to frontend the business customers
Experience with Coupa systems and process Certification on Coupa platform will be an advantage
Technical degree from the accredited college / university
