We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Banking
The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and also must react positively, patiently and effectively to calls seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.
Responsibilities
Work well on Commercial & Equipment Finance requests sent by the channels
Quick and detailed in interpreting the request of the customer
Work well in the current frame of things & have the ability to escalate when required
Should have a customer focused approach & should be able to resolve issues.
Relationship management ability with internal customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualification
MS Office (Word & Excel)
Understanding of Banking and Lending Operations
Understanding of regulatory compliance
Good English Comprehension Skills
Good Attention to Detail
Comprehend the issue & should be a problem solver
High customer service orientation
Strong team player
Able to work under pressure
Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises
Preferred qualification
Good Communication
Quick Learner, Energetic & Self Starter
MS Office
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Good analytical skills and strong customer focus.
