Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
Work Experience :
2 to 8 years of work experience preferably from Consulting or IT industry background
Responsibilities :
Drive client engagements with 5-8 consultants / specialists
Gather and analyse information
Document clients business objectives, expectations and specifications
Conduct industry and client research and analyze to identify new value sources
Identify the key drivers and formulate sound hypotheses to solve clients' critical issues
Find innovative ways to answer critical questions through high quality data research and analysis
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and draw meaningful conclusions
Develop and communicate recommendations
Execute the project in time
Build new business processes and capabilities.
