There is an urgent requirement for the position of Legal executive in a leading pharmaceutical company. Kindly find the job description below:
Location- Dadar east
Qualification- LLB
CTC- upto 6 lacs
Experience- Minimum 3 yrs
Responsibilities-
- To draft, vet and execute all legal agreements and documents.
- To manage the termination, extension and amendments of all existing legal agreements.
- To coordinate with various dept.s and vendors to manage the agreements.
- To manage, protect and enforce all Intellectual Property Rights of the company.
- To manage all legal contracts and letters of the company including Litigation matters, if a company come across.
- To manage all litigation & non litigation matters
Desired candidates profile-
Candidate should have experience of minimum 3 year in the same role.
Candidate worked in pharma sector would be preferable.
Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
