Job Description Roles & Responsibility:
Ability to analyze businesses and clearly develop and present findings & approaches related to resolving business problems.
Multi project experience in executing business process mapping and business process improvement exercises using technology as an enabler.
Must be able deliver consulting services like strategy development, benchmarking, vendor/ package evaluation, IP and competitor landscaping across businesses and functions.
Ability to lead presales and business development effort. These will include but are not limited to developing proposals, conceptualize solutions, writing whitepapers & participate in industry forums.
Responsibilities will include gathering of business requirements to design, define and document solutions.
Must have expert knowledge of information systems and technology trends
Must be able to independently conduct market research and analysis as per domain / function needs and also ability to conduct secondary research using external sources, publications.
Must be able deliver consulting services like benchmarking, vendor/ package evaluation, IP and competitor landscaping across our businesses and functions
Ability to communicate effectively with customers at both senior managerial and technical levels.
Independent thinker with good analytical skills and communication skills. Key Skills:
Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information , Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement. Desired Profile:
Designation: Business Analyst- System Preferred Skills:
Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements.
Designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.
Domain Knowledge on Human Resource Management/ Asset Management System/ Financial Management System/ Customer Relationship Management System/ E- commerce is added advantage.
System/ Financial Management System/ Customer Relationship Management System/ E- commerce is added advantage. Mandatory Skills:
Business Analysts will look at and review the actual processes within a business.
They can then make or suggest a more efficient model and work flow process.
A functional analyst usually has formal training and education in a specific area such as accounting, human resources, or procurement etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Should be excellent in Time Management, Planning Skills & Organizing Skills.
Should be a team player.
B.E/ B.Tech / MCA & above or equivalent.
Minimum 3- 7 years and above in software development related experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.,
