Hands on experience knowledge on policy administration systems PAS underwriting functions
Added advantage good knowledge of Specialty insurance concepts external insurance certifications AINS or INS21

Experience in requirements documentation user stories and process flows
Application system specific knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of project management discipline and TDF SDLC methodology agile and waterfall.

Support it team requirements and workflow sme delivery planning activities test scenario reviews requirements walkthrough etc
Develop level appropriate functional and non-functional requirements consumable for and ensures that business requirements are articulated and represented with a high degree of quality during all phases of the sdlc
Ensures that each business requirement is testable
Provides strict adherence to the business user functional and non-functional requirements of a project
Provides traceability of all requirements through the entire project life cycle
Enforces standard processes templates and methods used to support project work
Acts as bridge between offshore and onshore team member
