The People Team has 40+ people globally all working to deliver our mission of building the best teams in the world. We are a friendly bunch that love dogs, collaborating and learning together.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

• Talent pooling in upcoming areas, including but not limited to heat maps, linkedin projects, head hunts, and postcode searching

• Calling and screening candidates

• Keeping in touch with passive candidates with upcoming opportunities

• Creation and maintenance of a black book of talent

• Ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience with the team

• Helping to implement & update processes in the team

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL .

• Experience sourcing talent in new markets

• Knowledge of current salaries in different locations

• Great organisational skills

• Great attention to detail under pressure

• Ability to have open conversations with people, to understand their skills and experience
