Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Material Planner Team Lead
Responsibilities
Lead the periodic segmentation process to classify parts as Planned vs. Unplanned.
Modify parameters in planning platform based on KPI goals and fab agreements to calculate revised optimal levels.
Monitor approved policy deviations & ensures std. planning process & policy enforcement across fabs.
Track consumption vs. forecast, delivery plans & planning parameters.
Analyze trends, variances, risks, and accuracy of data conducts RCA, identifies improvement areas, and implement
applicable solutions
Review processes to ensure optimal cost, quality, delivery, and safety of materials.
Review policies recommend changes & highlight critical items to Material Planning Regional Leadership teams.
Guide entire regionals teams to improve material availability and minimize risk
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications/Skills
Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Relevant experience in the Supply Chain Procurement domain
Team handling skills
Good client and stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in supply chain procurement roles
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Good attention to detail
Working knowledge of Kinaxis tool
