We are currently seeking a Networking Specialist Advisor to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
Day to Day job Duties:

• Work on a day to day basis with customer and other NTT technical teams for all network related incidents and requests.
• Work from time to time with customer and other NTT technical teams for support in projects that require a network stack.
• Maintain network standards as defined by the organization. Work on submitting new design proposals, procedures and processes for all network related activities.
• Create SOPs and maintain documentation up to date with new network deployments or document existing deployments
• Work on a day to day basis using ITIL best practices for Change Management, Incident Management, Request Management and Problem management activities.
• Be part of an on-call rotation schedule.
• Ability to analyze packet captures using wireshark, tcpdump to find out issues.
• Work in SolarWinds and Cisco DNAC to maintain inventory, monitoring and config management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in network switching. STP, VTP, HSRP, CEF, LACP, Loop prevention, Voice VLANs.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in network routing. EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, redistribution, prefix-lists, loop prevention, SVI.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in traffic engineering. QoS, DSCP, CoS, queuing mechanisms like PQ, CBWFQ
• Wireless experience highly desired specially Cisco WLCs. FlexConnect, Channel management and troubleshooting.
• High level concepts of TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, Netflow, SNMP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS.
