Inviting applications for the role of Manager-HR Transformation Lead-Omega
As HR Transformation Manager, you ll be responsible for designing and digitalizing compensation processes for Genpact globally, supporting the global HR technology transformation initiatives and supporting reporting and visualization for HR stakeholders. This role will provide an opportunity to envision and implement world class processes and user experience for employees and supervisor (manager persona) through the implementation of a new ERP system. The role also provides an opportunity to closely partner with global HR teams and that s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities
Reimagine the way employee/ manager self-service processes work in the organization
Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand their requirements
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents, details
Work with HR Shared Services on data mapping and migration activity
Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. analytics
Support other ongoing projects
