Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Instructional Designer
Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand client requirements completely
- Write according to the learner needs and characteristics
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content
- Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies; create an effective content outline
- Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning s, ILTs, SOPs
- Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend
- Summarize information into crisp newsletters/articles
- Create innovative storylines for business information
- Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in core instruction design
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
- Lectora
- Captivate
- MS Office
- Captivate
