Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing

As a Senior Manager of Solutions Marketing, you will bring Genpact s diverse portfolio to market and help align it with Genpact s overall portfolio and business objectives.
You will help refine Genpact s go-to-market strategy and help us map the company s solutions into a customer-centric portfolio. In service to that, you will build a portfolio architecture aligned with business strategy and objectives, align offerings to target buyers, and plan the launch of our key solutions and services. The qualified candidate will have a deep understanding of buyer challenges, market trends, and the competitive landscape and be able to articulate our value proposition for the digital portfolio to multiple target audiences.
As a critical part of our Portfolio Marketing core leadership team, you will possess tremendous product and solution marketing skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with other business leaders (e.g., sales, product, and operations) and counsel our senior executives as an advisor and strategist on the portfolio. We are looking for someone who will succeed in conducting both traditional and creative solution marketing efforts.


Responsibilities
Translate Genpact s digital business objectives, market opportunities, and portfolio (including capabilities) into a formal go-to-market architecture
Provide insight and support to company leadership to inform the identification and development of solution offerings
Understand buyer needs, market trends, and our current and future competitive landscape
Develop audience framework and personas and align them with messaging and value propositions across the digital portfolio
Drive the salesforce s adoption of the portfolio go-to-market strategy, with special attention to Genpact s key capabilities and service lines
Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the solutions marketing team on the portfolio

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree
Professional B2B experience, preferably in the business services and digital arenas
A hands-on style of working and a dedication to being a great teammate with the ability to mentor fewer experience solutions, marketers
Experience building and executing winning integrated product and solution launches that incorporate the entire marketing ecosystem
Demonstrated skills in developing messaging and positioning of digital solutions
Ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to inspire, nurture and lead team members
Knowledge of the technology, digital, and professional services space and an understanding of changing market dynamics and how to translate them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal


Preferred qualifications
MBA preferred
Advanced experience with a product line or business unit management is preferred
Experience developing and driving high-impact product and solution campaigns that are measurable and instrumental in helping the organization reach its strategic objectives
Expertise in driving solution marketing strategies that incorporate a wide spectrum of product, customer, and industry-focused solutions
Demonstrated history of launching and sustaining products and solutions in the market, aligning launches to campaigns, and providing buyer insight and market intelligence to campaign planning and thought leadership activities
Ability to effectively perform market sizing and segmentation, and to map portfolio offerings to specific buyer needs
Experience identifying target audience segments, prioritizing buyer personas, and mapping the buyer s journey
Relevant experience crafting audience-based value propositions and incorporating messaging into the overall go-to-market architecture
Demonstrated ability to align the organization internally around critical marketing initiatives
