Should be aware of Attrition, Shrinkage, Quality, SLA's
Should have experience in Voice or Non-Voice Process
Should have experience in handling a team
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have good communication skills
Should be a Graduate from any stream
Minimum 1 Year of experience as a TL on papers is Mandatory
