Position Overview:
The core function of the Project Manager is to develop and manage the full development/implementation lifecycle, scope, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues, and escalations while continually managing client expectations. The Delivery Manager will collaborate with project leadership to bring thought leadership and the full force of AGG to your engagements.
Role
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
- Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success
- Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions.
- Acts as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships.
- Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
- Adheres to the AGG Approach Methodology and possesses the ability to assess risks in the process, people, or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly.
- Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
- Provides mentoring, guidance, and general care and feeding to project team members, including offshore team members.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of the team and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in solutioning, project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with client and project team to gather requirements and design solution which delivers all desired business value
- Manage Pre-sales activities i.e., Scoping, Estimation, Generate POCs, write case studies, and project success stories.
- Configure Salesforce.com as needed and load data into Salesforce.
- Achieves published company utilization targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6+ years, majorly in consulting as a Project Manager
- 2-3 years working experience with Salesforce
- Salesforce Certifications; nice to have
- Experience in managing complete service delivery/project teams and delivers based on commitments.
- Provided technical solutioning leadership for scoping, estimation, plan, execute and track deliverables on projects.
- Experience with the offshore/dual shore model and delivering quality solutions
- Experience in investigating cross-functional business processes and envision the possibility of new or optimized business needs. Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. Have an adaptable, flexible, and willing attitude towards learning new domain capabilities depending on the circumstances or requirements presented.
- Proven experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Force.com Platform, Salesforce Community Cloud & Lightning, Health Cloud.
