- Monitoring DSR on daily basis of sales Team
- Monitoring and verifying sales team visits to client.
- Providing data to Tele caller and verifying the same
- Calling on Premium clients for sales closure
- Training to subordinates on Tele communication.
- Updating sales revenue sheet on daily basis.
- Accountable for getting work done from intern.
- Preparation of lead records generated from portal and making report the on its output.
- Client Follow-up, Presales,Lead Generation, Coordinating with Sales Team.
- Accountable for outstanding payment follow up.
- Attempt and close leads generated by sales team.
- Following up with sales team on the appointment before and after results.
- Accountable Sending quotation to the customer & getting feedback
- Maintaining, developing &retaining relationships with all customers through telephone calls and emails
- Should be ready to take responsibility given in weekly meetings.
Desired Competencies a. Graduate or MBA
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong Verbal & written communication skill,
- Good Analytical skill,
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Self Learners
- Good Team Player
- Self motivated who add value to the company, and adhere all ethical values of organisation.
- Well organised & good in time management
