This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role Responsibilities Process re-engineering, business process outsourcing or business transitions Should have the understanding of the Straight2Bank Classic platform to ensure that the existing functionalities are captured as functional specifications for development. Should be well-experienced in Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring and independently describe the tasks used to organize and coordinate business analysis efforts. Well-versed in elicitation and multi-team collaboration at global level. Highly skilled in defining the scope as well as describing the tasks related to the scope. Hands-on experience in requirements life cycle Management in a Financial Domain within an Agile model. Candidate should be able to manage requirements from inception to implementation. Strategy Analysis and Stakeholder Management Candidate to posses skills to identify the business needs, address those needs, and align the change strategy with the Bank. Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Needs to have a good "eye-for-detail" and describe the tasks used to organize requirements, specify and model requirements and designs, validate and verify information, identify solution options, and estimate the potential value that could be realized. Solution Evaluation: Should be able to describe the tasks used to assess the performance of and value delivered by a solution and to recommend improvements on increasing values in the functions. Strategic Planning: Communicate the vision, scope and business case for the project as defined by the project manager and signed off by all stakeholders. The BA should be able to link the business case and strategy to their subsequent business analysis and design deliverables Provide support to the project manager to ensure engagement with stakeholders to track & deliver benefits. Use a structured process for data gathering and analysis to specify key dimensions of the problem and determine root cause Elicit and analyse the business requirements from all stakeholders (and, where relevant, understand and incorporate requirements originating from the other key related projects/programmes/change activities) Customer Expectations Client Focus: Ensure the business requirements, and proposed solutions, achieve the customers goals Stakeholder Delivery: Build effective relationships with stakeholders, both directly and via the project team, to ensure timely delivery of solutions which support the business Form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration around project delivery Ensure proposed solutions meet the needs of the business / business requirements, and will deliver appropriate outcomes Our Ideal CandidateKnowledge/Skills/Experience Bachelor Degree with 7+ years experience in Banking 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst and / or in channels development Prior experience in working with Straight2Bank platform preferably in cash domain this is to bring in the experience of domain knowledge to NextGen platform seamlessly Prior experience of working with S2B interface partners like STS, CADM, RCMS will be an added advantage Prior experience of working with S2B interface partners like STS, CADM, RCMS will be an added advantage Preferable to have 4-5 years of experience in Channels domain of Transaction banking with focus on Cash, Trade and Securities Services End to end working knowledge in Transaction banking Domain A motivated individual with a great sense of responsibility. A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail oriented team player. Effective written and verbal communication (including facilitation techniques) Documentation and technical authorship Ability to think and act strategically across a wide range of business situations Naturally and effectively consult fully with business management Holistic and incremental change skills Ability to use an appropriate range of analysis and modelling techniques Problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualifications Graduate from Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration Desired Qualifications Specific Business Analysis qualification (e.g. CBAP, BCS) ,
