Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, ABAC
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and help in product build, marketing and sales pitches for an End to End Anti Bribery Anti Corruption (ABAC) Services through internal and external collaboration and two, handling the ABAC mandates that come our way.
Responsibilities
Bring in industry standard methodologies and out of box thinking in support of building a leading edge ABAC product
Conduct market scan by connecting with external guides with an objective to refine product and solution
Actively participate in project meetings and build agreement amongst diverse groups
Bring in subject matter expertise in order to build/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model and technology solution
In parallel to product build support creation of pipeline by actively participating in client discussions and leading meaningful RFX / Solution response
Lead client discussions and support pre sales/ sales process
Delivery client mandates
Lead and generate IP for Industry specific Risk Framework and assessment and due diligence process
Qualifications :
Minimum qualifications
MBA or CA
Preferred qualifications
Solution development experience
Experience in one or more solutions around Risk Advisory
Prior experience in ABAC across various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG and Industrial Manufacturing. Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical
Should have successfully launched / participated in a companywide ABAC program or built a market facing product or services in the area of ABAC
Should have exposure to regulatory compliance needs of ABAC with auditing attitude.
Should have used Analytics as a fulcrum to support the above program
Practitioner with hands on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/ due diligence
Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those partners
Ability to work with multiple partners in various time zones
High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point
Strong understanding of service provider market and competitive landscape
