Senior Engineering Manager @ Concentrix

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead product engineering teams in developing enterprise software products
• Recruit fresh talent, including full-stack engineers and ramp up product development teams
• Guide the team technically and perform architecture code reviews as necessary
• Use agile engineering methods be accountable for delivering software releases with agility, predictability quality
• Establish a culture of continuous learning and shape the team into a high-performance unit
• Coach and motivate the team to create and protect IP in the form of patents, disclosures defensive publications
• Establish metrics to measure quality, effectiveness and drive improvements

Ideal candidate will possess

• 12+ years of application software development experience, at least 2 years in a Sr. Engineering Management role
• Full lifecycle experience developing, delivering maintaining enterprise software applications
• Experienced with Agile Software Development methodologies like Scrum and XP practices is mandatory Scaled Agile Framework familiarity is desired
• Proven results with continuous integration, continuous delivery DevOps, DevSecOps practices
• Background in developing cloud-native applications deployed using Docker Kubernetes, with ReSTful microservices using enterprise Java or .Net Core GoLang
• Broad technical experience with front end using Angular/ReactJS, mobile applications, middleware, enterprise message bus, NoSQL Relational DBs, Analytics Reporting
• Excellent written verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor or Master engineering degree in Computer Science or related
