• 0 to 5 years of customer service experience through email and chat.
• Excellent oral and/or written communication skills.
• Customer service experience with strong customer focus.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Should have a typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Fresher's with good typing speed also can apply (Only till 2020 passed out)
• Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
• 6 Days working & Rotational Weekoff.
• Should be flexible with work from Home and work from office.

Salary : For Fresher : 12K Take home.

Experienced : 14.5K Take Home.
