Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Active Directory:
- Creation and management of the forest
- Overall security and reliability of the forest
- Creation and removal of domains
- Management of trust relationship with domain
- Domain Trusts, Forest Trusts Configuration
- Backups [ System State, Full]
- Domain Replication Issues
- LDAP related Issue troubleshooting.
- FSMO role seizing and transfer, troubleshooting.
- Administration and troubleshooting windows 2008 and 2012 servers and active directory services, and implementation of accounts, groups, OU with required access and permissions.
- Configuring switches and routers.
- Installing and managing LAN environment.
- Firewall maintenance
- Managing users, groups, files and folders.
- Unlocking and resetting the passwords. & cleaning up profiles.
- Maintaining and updating with latest MS patches.
- IP addressing, installing and configuring of network printers.
- Diagnose operating system problems in windows platform
- Configuring and troubleshooting of office 365.
- Providing Technical support and troubleshooting to end users applications
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting safe boot in laptops.
- Installing and updating patches of MS patches
- Experience in remote connectivity tools
- Remote support using remote desktop, net meeting, MSRA command and Tight VNC services.
- Implementation of various applications according to the project requirements.
- Solving network related issue.
- Troubleshooting the all client related issues.
- Troubleshooting of all hardware issues in desktop and Laptops
- Group policy implementation and troubleshooting
- DNS, DHCP, DC configuration and maintenance.
- Hyper V implementation and maintenance
- Server OS update testing and execution
- Office-365 administration (user maintenance, Updates, policy maintenance), Skype For business Administration
- VM-Ware Administration
- Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Monitor, troubleshoot and capacity planning of vSphere environment
- Proactively identify and perform hardware and software upgrades
- Evaluate new products and recommends updates and upgrades
- Provide technical guidance to technical team members.
- Configuring user resources access limitations hierarchy.
- End user email, internet (configuration, trouble shooting, maintenance, installation).
- Email application Maintenance (Installation, Archiving, Accessing Security.).
- Application Maintenance.
- Making Daily Reports Regarding end user Issues.
- Software Installations.
- Hardware issues.
- Configuring Hardware.
- Handling Technical Interviews
- Mentoring the new joiners of the team.
- Presentations, New tools guidance to users.
- IT Assets inventory maintenance.
- Documentation related to troubleshooting various issues, IT Planning and Hierarchy
- Group Policy monitoring and compliance
- Manage group policy at root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU
- MS Outlook Maintenance.
- Making Daily Reports Regarding end user Issues.
- Software Installations.
- Hardware issues.
- Configuring Hardware.
