Job Description:
1. Arrange the reverse/forward pickup from Service centers/Warehouses with proper documents [Delivery challan, Eway bill Generation etc..]
2. Coordinate with courier team and arrange the courier pickup.
3. Coordinate with Zonal service manager and service centers for necessary cases.
4. Publish the reverse pickup /TAT/ reports to customers and internal team through mail on daily /Weekly basis.
4. Participate in the internal weekly meeting [PPT presentation]
5. Maintain the Reports and documents.
Experience Required:
1. Experience in reverse logistics/3pl/warehouse/Courier
2. Good communication skills
3. Good knowledge in mail communications. Ms outlook, Foxmail, Business mails
4. Knowledge in CRM
5. Good skills in MS excel including formulas, [V lookup,Pivot, Basic formulas]
6. Good skills in MS word/PPT etc..
7. Knowledge in courier/GST/Eway Bill etc..
Preferred immediate joiners who staying in Chennai.
