The individual would be responsible for working with the business teams to understand demand, build strategy, drive content curation and harvesting processes and set up mechanisms to prioritize them appropriately for ease of consumption by the partners.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Knowledge Manager, you will be working closely with the business team to curate and harvest content, ensure content governance, community health and drive adoption for multiple assigned domains. The Knowledge Manager will assume strategic and operational duties associated with handling, establishing governance mechanisms for nurturing a growing, vibrant online community.
