Inviting applications for the role of Anaplan Developer
The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team in our rapidly growing Anaplan practice. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and our consulting team. The Solution Architect is involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. Typical responsibilities include:- Lead solution design by translating business requirements, existing solutions, and spreadsheets into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
- Serve as the liaison between our clients strategic business leaders and our technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues
- Modify existing models as a part of a connected solution, optimization, or to add a new functionality
- Serve as the architectural SME and advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and supporting technologies
- Participate in data integration and migration by defining data streams needed to flow into the platform and ensure requirements are provided to integration team
- Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
- Own the solution design documentation
- Validate configuration and lead UAT testing, own playback demos to clients, and lead deployment
- Conduct business processes and requirements analysis
- Develop client-ready deliverables and templates and support the development of best practice standards and related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans
- Support new product development through testing, contributing to documentation and training materials
- Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes
Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant technical degree; or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience implementing and architecting Anaplan, preference for certification in Anaplan architect, certified model builder required
- Ideal candidates will be Master Anaplaners
- Demonstrated experience developing, supporting or implementing application software in the supply chain, finance, or incentive compensation space a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy (Agile methodology preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP data table structure is preferred
- Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
- Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
Location and Travel Candidates may be based anywhere within a reasonable distance of a major airport. The nature of our business requires travel to client locations. Travel tends to fluctuate depending on specific project and client needs but typically is in the range of 50-75%.
