Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Information Services
We are hiring for a multifaceted and upbeat individual who can help build OPS360, the new avatar of our Ops Health Tools program, that will become the single source of truth for Genpact s operational health. The individual should have robust analytical skills, with the ability to lay the architecture design to enable services, and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times. He / she will also be required to lead all aspects of all activities associated with the program in order to ensure goals are achieved, should be able to do data analysis and reporting, understand the requirement to lay down the architecture / design, providing processed information (insights) on specific topics. Typical responsibilities include:
Responsibilities- Information Architecture design to enable services
- Providing processed information (insights) on specific topics
- Ability to understand the requirement to lay down the architecture / design
- Coordinating all activities associated with all programs in order to ensure goals are achieved
- Reporting and analytics
- Actively communicating and build synergy between work-streams
- Handling timelines and quality of deliverables
- Decision making and problem solving associated with the projects
- Actively communicating with project managers and other partners
- Identifying and handling program adherence to standards and governance
- Ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Robust analytics experience
- Understanding of architecture and design
- Strong project management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple priorities
- High quantitative abilities
- Required qualifications and skills: MBA
- Consistent good performance within Genpact
- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level
- Ability to assimilate learning from different external and internal interactions to then seek to action
- Strategic Thinker- Ability to build and defend point of view / frameworks
- Experience in leading cross functional teams, either regionally or globally, with excellent project / program management skills and the ability to empower and encourage teams to deliver results.
- Have quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.
- High tolerance to ambiguity
- Good team player, collaborative, high energy, good work ethic
- Good understanding of financial metrics
