Smooth & Efficient billing process skills.

Timely communication about new arrivals, promotions to all customers. 

Explaining and enrolling customers about the loyalty programmes.

Managing all exchange and refunds and customer complaints at all times.

Inventory management, Report making prepare DSR, monthly expense reports and exchange reports.

Maintain cash & card report and responsible for cash management.

Prepare cash and card reconcilement report.

Manage bank deposit activities.
