Dear Candidate,Warm Greetings!! Role - PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control) requirement and looking for Female candidate only.

Total Yrs of Exp : 3 - 6 Yrs

Designation : Executive / Officer (PPIC- API)

Working Location : Hyderabad (Plant location).

Pls find the below Job Description.

• Responsible for preparation of production plan as per marketing requirement.
• Responsible for preparation of batch plan as per production plan.
• Responsible for preparing and giving raw material requirement to supply chain management (SCM) as per production plan.
• Responsible for preparation of capacity utilization/planning and sales budget against Marketing budget.
• Responsible for preparation of Revenue budget against Sales budget
• Updating and monitoring sales budget vs actual.
• Responsible for preparation of MIS data like yield variance report (daily variance and projected variance for coming months), powder processing losses, production / batch plan vs actual etc.
• Reviewing and monitoring dispatches plan vs actual on daily basis.
• Responsible for tracking of on-time closure of investigations / CAPA for out of specification (OOS)/Deviation.
• Responsible for preparation of intermediate area and pharma area utilization.
