Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with the Business Owners/Directors. You will be responsible for defining and implementing day-to-day responsibilities and tasks and checking various sales on existing marketplaces, company's eCommerce business & new vendor developments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  2. Team Management (Check Work Report, Assign Task to team)
  3. Formulate marketing plans and strategies to increase the company's business.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional Teams Like Product, Categories, Seller Marketing, Catalog.
  5. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
  6. Build and execute plans and innovation to drive growth.
  7. Drive a strong teamwork ethic with cross-functional teams to drive success.
  8. Be responsible for the ongoing management of the eCommerce platform & Teams.
  9. Monitoring daily on-site performance to meet and exceed conversion.
  10. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales/ KPI reports to Directors
  11. Ensure all available products are online and have up-to-date accurate info
  12. Hands-on management of day-to-day Ecommerce channels and trading of websites and driving KPIs to increase performance and accelerate Ecommerce growth with the assistance of the Ecommerce team.
  13. Identify areas/team/department of underperformance and develop strategies to improve.
  14. Will be solely responsible for the E-Com business and the P&L thereof.

Skills Required:

  • 4 - 6 yearsof overall work experience in eCommerce Managerial work (Required)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure to the highest standards at all times
  • Must handle a fast pace environment and committed to meet the set deadline
  • Strong project and program management ability and very good in analytics
  • A positive attitude to change and flexibility, ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously with top level of accuracy
  • Experienced with Multi-Channel Account Management.
  • Strong analytical mindset to keep on track of web performance and be able to feedback performance to senior leaders, whilst already having resolutions to any challenges.
  • Line management experience of managing a team is essential.
  • Must know the process involved in online selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including MS Word, Excel (vlookups, Pivots & Excel Shortcuts.)
  • A proactive approach is a must
  • Linnworks experience but not essential
