Job Description


Center of Excellence ( CoE ) Services :

  • Contributes to the intake and ongoing adoption of Specialty Hiring programs within a region
  • I mplements policy, process, and tools
  • Supports the operation of Specialty Hiring programs by developing program readiness materials
  • Gathers and prioritizes process and service feedback from key partners across the company in partner teams (including HR COEs , Finance, legal, and business teams )

Project Management :

  • Provides operational, infrastructure, and employee support analysis during annual planning stages to develop the onboarding calendar for University hiring
  • P resents data and recommendations to facilitate project management
  • I dentifies opportunities to improve services and employee experience
  • E volves the service of the operations team and quality of the projects supported
  • Implements project plans and tracks progress and deliverables
  • C ontributes insights in project meetings
  • C ommunicates with relevant stakeholders , project sponsors , and leadership/ steering teams about project status and impacts

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources, Operations, or related field
  • OR Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Operations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Problem solving Curiosity and ability to ask questions and listen carefully to deeply understand the scenario a nd its impact on the customer or partner. Ability to leverage relationships with various stakeholder teams to identify opportunities and options to solve complex problems. Creativity and ability to make connections across policy and process, systems/tools, data, and people/teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Consulting Ability to leverage a deep understanding of an issue and potential solutions to engage with the customer and stakeholders to suggest and recommend solutions and make adjustments as needed to ensure the problem has been fully addressed and resolved.
  • Troubleshooting Ability to think creatively and leverage deep knowledge of policy, process, systems/tools, data, and people/teams to identify and resolve problems or remove blocking issues.
  • Data Analysis Ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative using quality metrics and data. This includes the ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning and strategies.
