Job Description

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Technically Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Line up candidates with different department for the open positions
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience and managing it as per job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Stay ahead of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with overall hiring process.
