Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Network Management

Responsibilities

  • Network Performance Analysis and Tuning
  • Lead team of L1 engineers.
  • Suggest Performance Monitoring improvements (Monitoring CPU usage, Memory etc.)
  • Handle changes as per prescribed change management process.
  • Vendor Handling and interaction.
  • Working with Third Party vendors to resolve product or link issues.
  • Remote Installation and Configuring of network devices.
  • Working on different network products from different vendors.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Network Administration
  • Technical Certifications :CCNP/CCIP or equivalent
  • Hands on Expertise on the Network devices like Switches, Routers ,Wan Optimizers, Wireless Lan and their components
  • Working experience with Enterprise MPLS networks.
  • Good knowledge on Service provider networks and terminologies.
  • Good knowledge on VPN and MPLS VPN.
  • Extremely Good Analytical Skills.
  • Strong Networking Troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong Communication and documentation skills.
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge on DNS, Firewalls and Proxy
Preferred qualifications
  • Commitment to quality results.
  • Experience in Monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.
  • Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
