Job Description :
Handling Petty cash, Bank Book, and entry in Tally.
Prepare reports on account payables and account receivable.
Handling audits of clients and preparing reports of the same.
Reviewing invoices and checking the requests of the same so as to avoid any errors.
Depositing funds collected from the clients.
Handling Receivable and Vendor Payments.
Prepared all the debit, credit, journal, and purchase entries.
Preparation of bank reconciliation on daily basis.
Drafting Letters by emails, courier, and checking day-to-day mails.
Making the payments to suppliers through cheques, RTGS, or DD.
Perform daily entry of accounting and weekly perform checking and updating.
Should support the management of the accounting team.
Preparing the accounting statements, managing ledgers, and other accounting entries.
Filing the necessary Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other sundry work in statutory
areas.
Skills: Good Working Knowledge in MS Office and Tally Regards
