Role of Associate -Operations
Position Title
Associate/ Assistant Manager - Operations
Role
Supervise Branch Operations for Individual and Groups Business at the center.
Key Responsibilities
To monitor the branches of a particular region
To prepare the MIS related to monthly report and other activities
To prepare the proposal deposit register
To track old proposal deposit entry
To reduce portal crfs at branches
Portal id management
To monitor opening of Sales offices
Incomplete proposal handling
Critical competencies
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good process skills.
Capacity to handle teams of employees involved in operations
Result & Implementation Orientation
MIS & Analytical capability
Attention to details
Vendor Management
Team Management
Networking & Communication
Key Interactions
Department heads and the heads of all PCs, MPCs and SOs.
Measures of success
Quality and effectiveness of monitoring
Quality of implementation
Assessment of risks on regular basis
