- Urgently, we are looking for IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiters/Sr. Recruiter (DOMESTIC HIRING)
- Should have worked on Hiring Telecom, Datacom & Networking domain skills.
- Must have at least 1 years to 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment for domestic Indian Market.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
- Experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
- Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a service/product organization
- Experience hiring using job portal ,social media, Networking is highly preferred
- Experience in negotiating with recruitment and staffing agencies while handling the internal recruitment activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in technology domain.
- Should have worked on Hiring Telecom, Datacom & Networking domain skills.
- Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions
