Our client is looking for Manager Finance for Delhi location.
Job Description:

• Job Title: Manager Finance
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Pitampura
• Qualifications: MBA Finance / CA
• Total Experience required: 5+ yrs
• Shift timings: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Only 2nd Saturday working-UK Shift
• Commute Period within 30 minutes from office
• Skype call Preferably to be taken from laptop/desktop

Skills required:

• Excellent English Communication: Written/Verbal
  
• Accounting Knowledge US GAAP and Indian Accounting
  
• Advanced MS Excel and Access
  
• Understanding and Experience Financial Software Quickbooks
  
• Bookkeeping experience must
  
• Fluent English preferably someone who has worked for a US company
  
• Microsoft Outlook
  
• Administrative excellence
  
• Understand Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  
• Positive Attitude and Hard Working

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist Forecasting of the Launches : -AR
  
• CC allocations : -AR
  
• Enter the Journal Entries : -AR
  
• Create a New customer/s in QB and upload the documents : -AR
  
• Record Clients / Customer payments in Quickbooks : -AR
  
• Follow up on AR again especially above 61 days : -AR
  
• Budgeting of the Future Revenue and Expenses : -AR
  
• Create a new Vendor /Record vendor bills in Quickbooks : -AP
  
• Enter bills in the Accounts Payable Module in Quickbooks : -AP
  
• Ad Hoc Reporting :
  
• Coordinate with the US team when required and Attend Financial Meeting :
  
• Assist the Customer Profile and Contract Management :
  
• Timely renewal of Chicago Rental Leases : Courtyard Chicago
  
• Assist in Chicago Rental Advertising : Courtyard Chicago Tasks
  
• Updated and Reconcile the Investment And Rental : Courtyard Investment
  
• Enter bills in the Accounts Payable Module in Quickbooks : Courtyard Investment
  
• Reconcile the Personal Account -Monthly : Larry Personal
  
• Enter the data in Tally Software and manage Digital Petty Cash : Digital
  
• Lead lift Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. : Digital
