Job Description
HIRING SALES INTERNS (2 Months Internship) at K Raheja Corp -
Qualification: MBA/PGDM - Marketing
Below is a brief job description for your reference -
Job Profile:
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Internship Duration: 2 months
Stipend: INR 10,000/- per month
Work Location: Across Mumbai (Site: Powai or South Mumbai)
Working Days: Saturday and Sunday working, 1 day off on a weekday
