Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM suite of applications, CMDB Possess knowledge of the Now Platform and applications and how they re used internally and can interpret and validate technical specifications and designs Ability to analyze business requirements and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Develop and successfully execute detailed test plans, procedures and scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration, acceptance, and regression testing
Perform analysis of requirements and provide feedback regarding requirements testability
Ensure new software modifications meet requirements and operate satisfactorily in the system environment Document the successes and failures of all executed test procedures Solid understanding of software development, debugging, testing, and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong inclination towards QA automation with ability to write scripts as needed for test case execution using ATF Experience on tools such as postman or REST API explorer in ServiceNow for integration testing is an added advantage
