Job Description

Job Profile:-
The role of a Sr. Customer Service Executive is to ensure that payroll processing done correctly and deliver the reports to the client as per agreed TAT.
He/she has detail knowledge about the payroll related laws, (like IT,PF,PT,ESIC,LWF etc).
End-to-End payroll processing including processing attendance, starters, leavers, generating bank files and salary registers, generate statutory reports, head count reconciliation and MIS reports.
Process full and final settlements.
Adhere to process checklists and stringent time schedules agreed with the clients.
Reimbursements proofs verification as per client policy and employee entitlements.
End of the year verification of actual investments proofs and resolution of employee queries on our web-based employee self-service portal.
Adhere and comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
Prepare and check statutory documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc.

Candidate Profile
Must have 1-2 plus year experience.
End to End payroll Processing Experience.
Minimum qualification B.Com.
Willing to work long/extended hours/Until 8.30 PM or late.
Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in India payroll environment.

Personal Characteristics
Should have excellent written and spoken English.
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Hard working and ready to work extra hours to meet the project deadlines.
Disciplined process-oriented work style.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of computers and MS Excel is a pre-requisite.
