One of our EPC MNC clients having their based office in Mumbai are looking for Assistant Manager / Senior Officer AFC (Corporate & Trade Finance).
Job Designation:-Corporate & Trade Finance officer / Assistant Officer
Job Type:-Permanent

Experience:-03-08 yrs
Age:-Age Should be below 30 Years
Qualifications:-Graduated,MBA Finance it is preferable but not mandatory.
Job Description:-
- The profile of the candidate it is a person that work in treasury & finance department for a foreign group or a large Indian company in corporate and trade finance.
- The candidate should have at least a basic experience in management of the letter of credit, bank guarantees, FEMA regulation and the mandatory requirement that need to be provided periodically to the banks.
- The candidate should have approx. 3-8 years of experience.
- It is preferential if the candidate work or have worked in the industry of EPC contractor or at least in a company involved in contract works.
- The candidate must be a proactive person that should be able to manage the task assigned and bring the result autonomously.
- It is also required good interrelation skills and attention for details.
The main activities:
- Manage the issuance of the letter of credit toward vendors interacting with the different stakeholders like vendors, procurement department, project teams and banks.
- Maintain update the system utilized by the group to track and monitor the letter of credit opened and utilized. Support the group preparing periodical reports and analysis.
- Analyze and monitor the letter of credit to be issued on the basis of the contractual terms with the vendors and the line available in order to allow the management to take the appropriate action in advance.
- Manage the bank guarantees received from the vendors, check the compliance with the PO conditions and if required interact with vendors and procurement department to manage and resolve the issues.
- Support the head of corporate & trade finance in order to provide to the bank and rating agency the documents periodically required for compliance aspects.
- Prepare and monitor the hedging relationship for derivative instruments with the underline transactions.
- Comply with the FEMA regulation requirements.

- Candidate working in Gaint MN C's Companies and have experience in working with industries related to EPC Contractors,EPC,EPCM,EPCC,etc. would be preferred.
