1) Experience Level of 4 years 2) Java EE,Spring boot,SQL experience 3) Cloud Project experience. 4)
Strong Technical background 5) Knowledge of Solution best practices 6) Knowledge of SDLC 7)
Experience in customer interaction 8) Good communication and presentation skills 9) Should be able to
create technical documentation 10) Should be able to do trouble shooting 11) Should be able to do
Solution testing 12) Should have good work ethics 13) Exposure in directly working with client 14)
Stakeholder Management skills 15) Should have experience in working in collaborative environment 16)
Should be comfortable using version control system like SVN 17) Should have experience in Agile
development 18) Should have knowledge on JIRA 19) Should show responsible attitude and sense of
ownership 20) Should be committed delivery timeline with acceptable quality 21) Should be able to
understand requirements from Business Analyst/Client 22) Should be able to get proper clarifications
from Business Analyst/Client 23) Should be able to work with technical team to implement solution.
