Job profile:-
The principal objective is to manage the inbound/outbound calls function, respond and resolve assigned emails/tickets in the company. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/Outbound calls, replying to emails/tickets received from Suppliers/Customers/Client.
The responsibilities include the following:-
Responsible for resolving Client/Suppliers/Customers emails/tickets within agreed service levels.
Responsible for handling inbound/inbound calls within agreed service levels.
Any other duties required or directed to deliver the business objective of the company.
Candidate Profile:-
Must have experience in email management and managing the inbound/outbound calls for (BPO//KPO) international clients/suppliers/customers.
B.Com background.
Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in finance/accounting process in international work environment.
Personal Characteristics:-
Should have excellent written and spoken English.
Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude.
Disciplined process oriented work style.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team.
Experience: Min: 2 Years Max: 3 Yrs
