Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities The purpose of this job is to look at the digital data of the company, understand,
represent it and find actionable conclusions to help business results.
a) Go through the various data sources of the company i.e. Google Analytics, Ad
Analytics, Online orders etc. and analyze it to find conclusions.
b) Present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will
need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
c) Looking at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the
findings.
d) Develop and maintain analytical support strategies and modeling for online sales to
grow revenue targets.
e) Use data and tools to analyze competitor strategies and leverage data to determine
strategy
f) Assist in the monitoring and response of customer questions as well as positive and
negative feedback on customer websites.
g) Advise the marketing team on running promotions and marketing activities utilizing
customer analytic tools and data.
h) Develop strategic opportunities by studying market and competitive activities and
trends.
i) Collect market intelligence on product and pricing levels to ensure competitive
position.
j) Understand, investigate, and evaluate new ways of generating additional traffic and
rank through product placement, optimized images, and keywords.
k) Provide data for use in the forecasting and budgeting processes, utilizing customer
data and predictive analytics that map and project trends.
l) Actively utilize available sales tools and technology (CRM, DB2 or sales reporting, as
well as statistical software options and data visualizations)
